maad.sound.avg_power_spectro(Sxx_power)[source]

Computes the average of a power spectrogram along the time axis.

Parameters:
Sxx_power2d ndarray of floats

Power spectrogram [Matrix]

Returns:
S_power_mean1d ndarray of floats

Power spectrum [Vector]

Examples

>>> w, fs = maad.sound.load('../data/rock_savanna.wav') 
>>> Sxx_power,tn, fn, ext = maad.sound.spectrogram (w, fs)

Compute mean power spectrogram
